Important:

Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.

 

Returns:

Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the receipt of your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions:
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

Initiating the Process:
To return a product, please send an email to info@klisea.com with your order number, reason for return, and, if Relevant, a photo of the product in case of damage, along with your contact information.

 

Refunds:

Procedure:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to approve or reject your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received a refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If it is still missing, please contact us at info@klisea.com.

 

Costs:

Return Shipping Costs:
All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Returns must be sent to the Netherlands, and costs start from €5,45. which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exceptions:

Defective or Wrong Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the issue occurs a second time, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled after placement due to our automated system.
